The Dipper Fresh Communications Foundation, or just simply Dipper Fresh Communications was a British-American and Robloxian television company that was owned by the now-defunct FRSH Inc., the company is responsible for managing and controlling certain broadcasts from fully FRSH-owned channels or non-FRSH-owned channels with a percentage stake.
Since November 27, 2014, shortly after Dragon Dipper Productions (now Dipper Fresh Productions) launched Roblox Movie Channel, it was needed to have a broadcasting arm for the company in order to have the owner of the networks to be recognized more.
On May 4, 2015, Dipper Fresh Studios officially formed the broadcasting arm as The Dipper Fresh Broadcasting Foundation until it was renamed to Dipper Fresh Communications on June 15, 2015.
On August 17, 2015, DFS started it's restructuring process, which led to the founding of Grammar Communications (now Hexahedron Media Networks). Dipper Fresh Communications remain a subsidiary of GCI until September 21, 2015, when DFC shutted down.
On October 1, 2015, DFC was officially revived as a broadcasting, and a majority company.
On November 27, 2015, DFC announced that it will be putting both RMC and ToonVision-branded channels to separate companies which are RMC Media Networks and ToonVision Broadcasting (with the secondary parent company being BBC Networks) which are owned by DFC itself.
On January 2016, DFC announced a new network named DHz that will bring news, sports, and some drama programming, the channel is expected to be launched sometime around March or April 2016.
As of 2017, the division along with its parent, FRSH Inc. are no longer operating as a result of Hexahedron Television Networks acquiring all of FRSH's assets and folding them into Hexahedron on April 17, 2017.
